Introducing Pounce

We built Pounce because small businesses deserve AI-powered lead response without giving up control of their data.

Every minute you spend not responding to a lead, that lead is looking at your competitor. Studies show responding within 5 minutes makes you 21x more likely to qualify. But when you’re a team of one (or five, or ten), someone’s always asleep, always in a meeting, always busy with another task.

Pounce never sleeps. It connects to your inbox, reads every new inquiry, responds with personalized AI messages, books meetings, and hands off hot prospects to your team — automatically.

Why self-hosted?

We looked at the market. Every “AI lead response” tool is SaaS-only. Your leads — your customers’ names, emails, phone numbers, business details — all sitting on someone else’s server. Subject to their uptime. Their data breaches. Their pricing changes.

We think there’s a better way.

Pounce runs on your server. Your data stays on your infrastructure. No vendor lock-in. No surprise price hikes. No hoping someone else’s database doesn’t get breached.

And because it’s self-hosted, the economics are different. Free tier: 100 leads/month, forever. Starter: $10/month. Pro: $40/month for 5 domains. That’s it.

How it works

  1. Connect your channels. Embed a lead form on your site, or link Gmail or Outlook so Pounce can monitor your inbox for new inquiries.
  2. AI responds to every lead. Drafts personalized replies, detects hot leads, books meetings. You review and approve, or let it handle everything.
  3. You close more deals. Hot leads land in your admin dashboard with full context. Everything else is handled.
