Last updated: September 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Pounce. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Pounce provides hosted lead forms, account setup, AI-assisted lead replies, email sending configuration, usage tracking, and billing tools for businesses. Features may change as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and sender information.

Customer Content and Leads

You are responsible for the content you submit to Pounce, including business profile information, form settings, prompts, email settings, and lead data collected through your forms. You represent that you have the rights and notices needed to collect and process lead information through Pounce.

AI-Generated Replies

Pounce can draft and send AI-assisted replies to leads. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for configuring Pounce appropriately, reviewing lead activity, and using suitable human oversight for your business.

Email Sending

You may configure outbound email through Pounce, Resend, Google, Outlook/Microsoft 365, or advanced SMTP. You are responsible for the sending accounts, domains, DNS records, provider permissions, and messages sent through your configured provider.

You may not use Pounce to send spam, unlawful messages, deceptive messages, or messages that violate email provider rules or applicable laws. We may suspend sending or account access if we detect abuse or provider risk.

Third-Party Services

Pounce may integrate with third-party providers such as Stripe, Resend, Google, Microsoft, AI providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Pounce to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, abuse email systems, scrape or exfiltrate data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Pounce reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

Disclaimer

Pounce is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pounce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using Pounce at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or providers, or fail to pay amounts due.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
