Pounce is a self-hosted application. Your data stays on your own infrastructure. We do not collect, store, or process your lead data on our servers.

What we collect

When you sign up for a license, we collect your email address, business name, and license key. This information is used solely for billing and license management.

What we do not collect

We do not have access to your leads, conversations, form submissions, or any data processed by your self-hosted Pounce instance.
