Manage your Pounce plan, usage, and Stripe billing.
Plans
Pounce uses hosted SaaS accounts and Stripe billing. You do not need a license key to use the hosted product.

Viewing Usage
Go to Account → Overview to see:
- Current plan
- AI replies used this month
- Leads received this month
- Active form status
Upgrading
- Go to Pricing.
- Choose Starter or Growth.
- Complete checkout in Stripe.
- Pounce updates your account after Stripe confirms the subscription.
Managing Billing
Paid accounts can open the Stripe customer portal from Account → Overview. Use the portal to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel a subscription.
Free Tier Soft Wall
On the Free plan, when you hit the monthly AI reply limit:
- AI auto-reply pauses — no more automatic responses
- New leads still arrive in your dashboard
- Leads are still emailed to you directly
- No data is lost — everything is stored
Upgrade to Starter or Growth to increase monthly AI replies.
Annual Billing
Save with annual billing:
- Starter: $10/mo → $100/yr (save $20, ~17% off)
- Pro: $40/mo → $375/yr (save $105, ~22% off)
Switch between monthly and annual from the pricing and billing flow.
