What Happens at the Limit
When you reach your plan’s monthly AI reply cap:
- AI auto-reply pauses — New leads stop getting automatic AI responses
- Leads still arrive — Form submissions are still captured
- You still get notified — Lead notifications are sent to your email
- No data loss — Everything is stored in your database
This is a soft wall — your business doesn’t stop receiving inquiries, Pounce just stops auto-responding until you upgrade or the month resets.
Monthly Reset
Lead counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you were at the limit, AI auto-reply resumes automatically.
Checking Your Usage
Go to Account → Overview to see this month’s lead count and AI reply usage.
Upgrading
If you’re hitting the limit regularly, upgrade to Starter ($10/mo or $100/yr) for 500 AI replies/month, or Growth ($40/mo or $375/yr) for 2,000 AI replies/month across 5 domains.
