What Happens at the Limit
When you reach your free tier lead cap:
- AI auto-reply pauses — New leads stop getting automatic AI responses
- Leads still arrive — Form submissions and inbox emails are still captured
- You still get notified — Lead notifications are sent to your email
- No data loss — Everything is stored in your database
This is a soft wall — your business doesn’t stop receiving inquiries, Pounce just stops auto-responding until you upgrade or the month resets.
Monthly Reset
Lead counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you were at the limit, AI auto-reply resumes automatically.
Checking Your Usage
Go to Settings → License to see current month’s lead count and remaining capacity.
Upgrading
If you’re hitting the limit regularly, upgrade to Starter ($10/mo) for unlimited leads on a single domain, or Pro ($40/mo) for unlimited leads across 5 domains.
